The Seychelles is an archipelago of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean, off East Africa. It's home to numerous beaches, coral reefs and nature reserves, as well as rare animals such as giant Aldabra tortoises. Mahé, a hub for visiting the other islands, is home to capital Victoria. It also has the mountain rainforests of Morne Seychellois National Park and beaches.
Seychelles does not require a visa for any nationality. Instead, a Visitor's Permit is issued upon arrival at no charge for stays typically up to three months, provided all entry conditions are met. General requirements include: a passport valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date, a confirmed return or onward ticket, proof of confirmed accommodation for your entire stay, and sufficient funds. As the permit is issued on arrival, there is no prior processing time. Important Tip: While no visa is required, ensure you have all necessary documents (passport, tickets, accommodation, funds proof) readily accessible for inspection by immigration officials to ensure smooth entry.
